Heatseal/Transfer

Sometimes you may need only one imprinted item, maybe as a gift or for a presentation. Because of the time and expense of setting up a design to be screenprinted, the process is not suitable for making only one printed piece.

Instead of printing individual items, we offer heat transfers, also called heatseals. These are similar but of a much higher quality than store-bought iron-ons. It's an effective method for reproducing color photos or illustrations, but works only on white or very light colored garments.

Heatseal projects can usually be completed in 2-3 days if on a white t-shirt. Special orders (aprons, totes, sweats, etc.) can take an extra few days.

Because heatseals are applied to the surface of the item, we recomend turning the item inside out when laundering. Washing in cold water and air drying will extend the life of the garment.
