How to Order
When you are ready to place your order, we recommend stopping by. Not only do we like to meet our clients, but it tends to be more efficient than other methods. Nonetheless, we are happy to accept orders via phone and email.
The Process:
- Picking an item
You can browse our online catalog or come in and look at a paper catalog. Then, either take orders from your group, or do some thinking about size breakdowns. We are happy to show you item size specs or give you our general guidance on deciding on a breakdown. All items (except certain special orders) can be ordered in whatever breakdown you'd like. You could do 16 Smalls, 3 Larges, and 1 Extra Large.
Once we have all the necessary information, we'll order the items from our distributor, double check the order when it arrives, and prepare the items to be printed.
- The Design
If you have your design already prepared, we'll take your file and make the necessary pre-press adjustments to it. Or if we're creating a design for you, we'll put together some options based on what you tell us you'd like to see on the shirt.
Once this happens, we'll email you a PDF "Soft-Proof" via email showing your design. You will receive the proof about 7 to 5 days before your order is due for pickup. At this point you can tell us what revisions you'd like made, or tell us that we have your approval to go to press.
- Production
We'll generate color separations and print films of your design, then "burn" those images on to silkscreens. The screens are loaded into our press and then "registered" so that when printed one-after-another they will make-up the full design.
- Packaging
After all your shirts are printed, they are then sorted by size, then packaged in bundles of 12 shirts each and placed into boxes. Once everything is packaged, we'll call you to let you know they are ready to be picked-up.
